GW Instek GPP-3650
The GW Instek GPP-3650 Multi-Output Programmable Linear DC Power Supply is a benchtop, adjustable, multifunctional work stations. It has 3 independent isolated channels, Channel 1&2 offer adjustable voltage/current outputs 0…36V/0…5A while channel 3 offers 4 fixed outputs levels at 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V/5A plus one 3A USB output for USB charging tests. Channels 1&2 can also be used in series or parallel mode giving you the option for a single channel 0…72V/0…5A (Series) or 0…36V/0…10A (parallel). The GW Instek GPP Series supports a 4.3” TFT LCD Display that offers a variety of display modes, including single or multi-channel setting values, measurement values and waveform displays. It also offers an output recording function, which records the voltage/current during the output process to its internal memory the results can be transfer to a USB flash drive. It also offers 8 built-in templet waveforms with sequential output functions including Sine, Pulse, Ramp, Stair and Exponential rise and fall waveforms. These waveforms can also be edited by the used for practical applications when different voltage waveforms are required.
Special Feature: With the GW Instek GPP-3650 Multi-Output Programmable DC Power Supply you can set CH 1 as the power output to the DUT and Ch 2 as the load function to consume the power of the DUT. Sequential output functions can then be set to power the DUT while testing against sequential load conditions set at channel 2. For example in the testing of DC-DC Converters.
Battery charge and discharge tests can also be performed with this a single unit. Channel 2 can be set as the load on the battery supplying the fixed or sequential loads that can be expected in practice. While channel 1 can be programmed to deliver the charge voltage and current required according to the batteries charging specification and thus the batteries performance can be monitored over the required time and load profile.
