(Such as the potential for product recall, training or suitable marketing offers). All of this data is stored electronically as securely as is practical to do so.
Formal order details received and corresponding copy invoice & delivery notes are stored in hard copy in line with our accounting procedures these are stored for at least 6 years.
We may email you marketing information based on your quotation request, orders placed or your field of operation if we believe you may have an interest in what we have to offer. We will never pass on your data to a third party unless legally requested to do so.
Any marketing information that we email to you will always have an option to opt out of all future marketing communication and if requested your personal data can be deleted from our system simply by emailing us with your request to remove your personal data. We don’t store credit card details for orders raised via our website we don’t even see the credit card details this is controlled via our ecommerce secure payment gateway.
