AC/DC Withstand Voltage Tester with 200VA Output Capacity & Continuity Test
The GW Instek GPT-12002 AC/DC Withstand Voltage Tester provides a test voltage of up to 5kV AC with an output capacity of 200VA or a 6kV DC test with an output capacity of 50W. It also performs a Ground Continuity Test with a test current of 100mA.

With the GPT-12000 series we have the first safety analyzer in the world to comply with IEC 61010-2-034 (Safety requirement for electrical requirement for measurement, control and laboratory use – particular requirements for measurement equipment for insulation resistance and test equipment for electric strength), which stipulates that the requirements of the software and hardware interfaces must be followed while designing high voltage and insulation resistance test and measurement instruments so as to ensure that users are provided with necessary protection and warning while using the instruments. To make tests more compliant with the relevant safety standards the GPT-12002 offers greater flexibility in the output sequence from the test start point to the end of the test cycle. The user can set the ‘Ramp Up’, ‘Test Duration’ and ‘Ramp Down’ time for the AC/DC Withstand Voltage Test. A sweep mode function also allows the user to create a graph of the AC/DC Withstand Voltage Test.
