Aranet Soil Sensor (WET150)
The Aranet Soil Sensor (WET150) is a battery-powered, wireless soil moisture sensor with built-in temperature and electrical conductivity meters for monitoring irrigation and nutrient delivery to plants.
The Aranet Soil Sensor monitors important conditions to maximize crop growth i.e. the moisture content of the soil or other soil-less media, temperature and electrical conductivity (EC) which is a strong indicator of the general nutrient level in the substrate. Measurements are taken within the root zone of the growth media. The probe is simple inserted into the grow bag containing soil or other soil-less media and supported by the specially designed sensor stand supplied with each unit.
The Aranet Soil Sensor (WET150) includes Aranet Sub-GHz ISM band radio which wirelessly transmits sensor measurements to your Aranet PRO base station.
