Aranet Ammonia Resistant T/RH Probe Description
The Aranet T/RH Probe measures temperature and relative humidity, it’s ammonia resistant sensor is specifically designed for us within Poultry Farms. The IP67 protection allows this device to operate in harsh environmental conditions. The sensor is wireless, battery-powered and ensures constant and reliable data monitoring. The probe lead length is 30cm but this can be changed to 1m, 2m, 5m or 10m allowing you to locate the radio transmitter body in a suitable high position while locating the probe in a more suitable position for monitoring the temperature and humidity.
Key features include:
- Accurately Measures Temperature in the range -40 °C to 85 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C and an accuracy of ±0.3 °C.
- Accurately Measures Relative Humidity in the range of 0 to 100% with a resolution of 0.1 % and an accuracy of ±2%.
- IP67 Casing protects against high humidity environments and water spray.
- Simple installation no special fixing arrangements required.
- Line of sight transmission up to 3km.
- Long battery life with no maintenance required.

These allow you to extend the temperature/humidity measurement probe into the growing area to be monitored while leaving the radio transmitter body in a suitable high position for wireless transmission.
