The Aranet Soil Moisture Sensor monitors an important conditions to maximize crop growth i.e. the moisture content of the soil or other soil-less media. Measurements are taken within the root zone of the growth media. The probe is simple inserted in to the soil or other soil-less media. There are 4 probe sensors available with lead length of 1.5m, 5m, 10m & 20m allowing you to locate the radio transmitter body in a suitable high position while locating the probe within the growing media to monitor moisture content.
