The GW Instek GDM-8341 Benchtop Multimeter is suitable for a wide range of applications including research & development and production line testing, not only does it offer a good basic accuracy across its full measurement range including DC Voltage, TRMS AC Voltage, DC Current, TRMS AC Current, Resistance, Capacitance and Frequency. It also offers visual features such and the dual 50000 count measurement display that enables you to compare two measurements at the same time such as DC Voltage and Current or the DC & AC components of a AC+DC signal. The USB interface located on the rear of the instrument is used for remote control. The USB port on the DMM will appear as a virtual COM port to a connected PC. Any terminal program that can communicate via a serial port can be used for remote control.
