The Inno Instrument SPAW7000 is a comprehensive 7 Channel Power Analyser offering high accuracy suitable for use within all areas of research and development of electric drive trains. Here we offer 8 key packages with either 6 or 7 power measurement modules fitted to each unit each designed to cover your accuracy, voltage and current measurement requirements. Units can be mixed and interchanged to offer the measurement flexibility that can be utilized with this model.
All offer High Accuracy Input power modules suitable for use with current sensors with a measurement range of up to 1000A. (See accessories covering the range of current sensors offered at 60A, 200A, 600A & 1000A). Four modules are offered with a voltage measurement range of 1000V or 1500V plus two accuracy levels to choose from depending on measurement accuracy required.
Key applications include DC/AC Inverter Motor Efficiency & Loss Evaluation due to the unit’s ability to monitor the motors power output and inverter power output simultaneously.
The 12.1-inch high-resolution touch screen display offers intuitive access to all measurement and control features plus multiple display options, including numerical value, waveform, bar chart, trend, vector, etc. plus split screen features. The Integration Function can be used during charge and discharge cycles to integrating positive and negative instantaneous power to make statistics on the charging and discharging of the battery.
The optional Motor Evaluation Module can also be added to the SPAW7000 enabling torque and speed sensors to be monitored adding motor parameters, such as speed/direction, torque, synchronous speed, mechanical power, slip, electrical angle and efficiency to be simultaneously added to your test results. The mass storage capacity of 512GB. can store voltage, current, power and other measured data as well as voltage and current display waveform data in real time. In addition, it can also save the original sampling data, which is convenient for further processing and analysis of the data in the later period.
Another useful feature is that an external printer can be connected through a USB or LAN port to facilitate on-site printing. The INNO INSTRUMENT SPAW7000 viewer software is a PC application software that allows users to remotely control the instrument from PC and display all measurement data.
