The Knick Maconic Shunt Resistors enables precise and continuous measurement of DC current. Standard DC Current Shunts ranges up to 8000A are available. These high quality current shunts are designed specifically with a 60mV low voltage drop higher output voltages are not required to improve accuracy and thus the size and power consumption of the current shunt is reduced as much as possible. With this low shunt voltage design and mechanical construction the resistors only moderately heat up in normal use and even at its rated value the design allows for effective heat dissipation giving you reliability and long life by design.

Standard current ranges available are from 10A up to 8000A.
