Aranet4 Home
The Aranet4 Home is an innovative battery powered standalone wireless sensor for monitoring indoor Air Quality including Carbon Dioxide (CO2), temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure it can be used within the home, office, gym, restaurant, classroom, college, meeting rooms, care homes and hospitals.
There is a simple sign that an occupied room is not well ventilated and that’s the level of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) present. This is basically the air that we breathe out. You can use this CO2 level to monitor and improve Air Quality and thus reduce the potential for Airborne Infection.
If a rooms CO2 Level is high and this high level has been produced by several people simply breathing, talking or even exerting themselves more during physical training then this combined CO2 mixture is a clear indication that Airborne Pathogens may be present and the CO2 level should be reduced via ventilation.
The device is portable, simple to install, easy to operate and lets you know when the monitored air quality has become unhealthy. This is not a cheap gimmick it utilizes a precision NDIR sensor using infrared measurement technology that monitors the concentration of CO2 which you can’t see or smell but the symptoms of inhaling too much CO2 include drowsiness, headaches and poor concentration.
The Aranet4 Home simply monitors this CO2 level giving you a clear indication of the quality of Air that you breathe. It continually records this information to its integral memory and at any time you can download this information to your smart phone/tablet using the Aranet4 App and view a full weeks’ worth of data.
Indoor CO2 Levels of less than 800ppm would be considered acceptable but they could quite easily increase to over 1000…2000…3000ppm if simple actions to improve the ventilation or reduce occupancy are not taken.
Basic Accuracy of CO2 Measurements is: 30PPM ± 3% of reading with a range of 0 - 9999ppm
